If customer receives any product which fulfils the below mentioned criterion, customer is eligible for return/exchange. Though final decision for change / return is solely reserved by Shivansh Technology Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

• If the product isused.
• Product is physically/in-transit damaged.
• If pages of books are not in sequence.
• Product’s original packaging/box is damaged.
• Missing an empty packet or some items
• There is a significant difference in the Shivansh technology website compared to the product. (Excluding the outer body color of the product)

In any case if you want to cancel your order you have to proceed within 48 hours of your order placing. After 48 hours of your order placement you will not be able to cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded to your account within 24 hours of cancellation of your order.
